In a conversation with ABP News journalist Sumit Awasthi, Vijay Shankar Tiwari asked who these people lead communal riots. The situation in Jahangirpuri, northwest Delhi, remained tense but under control, hours after skirmishes between two tribes broke out during a Hanuman Jayanti parade on Saturday. Stone-pelting incidents and vehicle fires have been recorded. According to the latest information, eight police officers and one civilian were injured in the skirmishes. According to the Delhi Police, 23 arrests have been made thus far. Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Uttarakhand have reported stone-pelting and confrontations.
