J&K News: Encounter Between Terrorists And Security Forces In Rajouri, Watch Report | ABP News

In Jammu and Kashmir, clashes between terrorists and security forces have occurred in three districts since Wednesday night (August 28). The Indian Army has launched operations in Rajouri, Kupwara, and Poonch to thwart the terrorists' plans. An encounter began late Wednesday night in the Kheeri Mohra Lathi and Danthal areas of Rajouri, where security forces have cordoned off the area. The Jammu and Kashmir Police have confirmed the encounter with terrorists. Meanwhile, in Kupwara, security forces foiled infiltration attempts along the Line of Control (LoC) on Wednesday evening. An encounter with terrorists also took place here, and one terrorist was reported to be neutralized. In Kupwara, there were two separate infiltration attempts along the LoC. The security forces successfully thwarted both attempts and are now searching for the infiltrators at both locations.
