Help not reaching the needy: SC to govt on migrants' issue

Hearing in the migrants case has commenced in Supreme Court. During the hearing, the lawyer from Central government's side said that help was provided to the migrants in shape of trains, buses and other arrangements. At this, the apex court pointed out the harsh fact that there was no doubt that the help was provided but it had not been reaching the needy. 

Migrants had been seen heading home in unsafe conditions. Nine have died during journeys via special shramik trains
