From Covid-19 to China, has Modi govt failed on both fronts? | Debate

The number of cases for Coronavirus (Covid-19) continue to increase in India. Today, the country achieved a sad feat of becoming only the fourth country with over 5 lakh cases. Meanwhile, Congress party continues to allege that Modi government has surrendered Indian land to China and Kapil Sibal even said that Chinese forces are just 7 km away from urban center's in Ladakh. Which begs the question, has Modi government failed on both the fronts? Watch the debate.
