The 65-year-old victim Madan Sharma is a resident of Kandivali, who allegedly shared a cartoon on WhatsApp group to members of his society, in which Uddhav Thackeray was folded in front of photographs of Congress leader Sonia Gandhi and NCP president Sharad Pawar. 

His daughter Sheela Sharma said, however, no one in the society reacted and someone sent the cartoon to Kadam.
