Didn't receive any kind of invitation: Mamata Banerjee on skipping Viswa Bharati Centenary celebrations

The Chief Minister of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee on Thursday skipped the centenary celebrations of the Viswa Bharati University.

Now, Mamata Banerjee has given a statement on why she was absent from the celebrations. I didn't receive any kind of invitation for the program so how can I attend it, Mamata Banerjee has said. On the other hand, BJP has countered Mamata's claim by presenting an invitation letter.
