Delhi's Jahangirpuri Case: 5 accused booked under NSA | ABP News
Five of the accused in the violence that broke out last week in Delhi's Jahangirpuri have been charged under the stringent National Security Act (NSA), ANI reported. The NSA allows detention for up to a year without any charge. The development comes a day after Union Home Minister Amit Shah directed the Delhi Police to take strict action against those involved in the Jahangirpuri violence on Hanuman Jayanti. Amit Shah dialled Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana on Monday and asked the police to take action and set a precedent.
