In a major effort to reach out to Delhi voters, PM Modi dedicated a considerable amount of his speech to list out the BJP-led NDA government's works.

Citing major decisions, from scrapping of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir to Citizenship Amendment Act, which were taken by his government, PM Modi said that it is for the first time in the country that the opposition has a complaint with a government.

He also said that there is a "political design" behind all these protests including in Delhi's Jamia and Shaheen Bagh.
