Congress and BJP spar over PM Modi's address to army at Leh

PM Modi made a surprise visit to Nimu post in Ladakh where soldiers of Indian Army and ITBP are deployed. PM Modi not only inspected the preparation in the area but also gave a speech in which he praised the valour of Indian Armed forces and said that time of expansionism is over. However, Congress pointed out that PM Modi didn't name China in his address and asked why is PM Modi so weak? Meanwhile, BJP responded by saying that the message is conveyed to those who it was meant for.
