Cong not against reforms but discussion is vital: Shashi Tharoor

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor was talking to ABP News and he said that Congress was never against the reforms in the Farm laws but the interest of the farmers should be above all. He added, "Discussion with farmer leaders was vital before making."
