In a video from 2017 accessed by ABP News, gangster Vikas Dubey can be seen claiming that BJP MLA Bhagwati Sagar can vouch for him. However, speaking to ABP News, BJP MLA Bhagwati Sagar said that the history-sheeter is lying and has never been in contact with him.
