Bihar: Man walks 8 km in knee-deep water to refill gas cylinder

As monsoon takes the entire nation in its grips, Bihar and Assam, two states in the Ganga-Brahmaputra plains, have been reeling under the impacts of floods.

In Bihar's Motihari district, villages have been cut-off from the district headquarters as the roads have been submerged. We met a young man from Bihar's Motihari who was forced to walk 8 km in knee-deep water to refill an LPG gas cylinder. Watch this special report.
