Ballabhgarh case: Crime can't be foreseen, says Haryana CM

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was talking about the Ballabhgarh case when he said that crime cannot be foreseen but police's quick reaction was needed and it was done promptly. "The accused has been caught and he will be punished as per law" he added.

21-year-old Nikita, who was a student of B.Com final year, was shot dead in broad daylight outside her college in Haryana's Faridabad. As per her family members, the matter is related to Love-Jihad. The accused man Tauseef was the girl's friend.
