Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has made a major announcement. He has declared that he will resign from the position of Chief Minister within the next two days. He mentioned that a meeting of the legislative party will be held in the next two days, during which a new Chief Minister will be selected. The next CM will also be someone from the Aam Aadmi Party. Addressing AAP workers and the public, Kejriwal said, "I will not become Chief Minister again until I win in the people's court. I want the Delhi election to be held in November. Once the public votes and elects us, only then will I assume the Chief Minister's position."
