Another grim record, India witnesses all-time high surge in Covid-19 cases

Over the last 24-hour, India witnessed an all-time high spike in Coronavirus (Covid-19) cases. As many as 7,964 new cases have been detected and 265 people have lost their lives in the country due to the pandemic. The total confirmed cases stand at 173763 while 4971 have died. However, 82,370 people have also recovered successfully and discharged to go back home.
