Ground report from Delhi's Dwarka

Delhi government on Sunday had said that borders with Haryana and Uttar Pradesh will be sealed from early Monday as the national capital goes for a lockdown till March 31. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, however, announced that essential items from neighbouring states - food items like vegetables, milk etc. will keep coming.
