Hisar: Rahul Gandhi's picture missing from banner at Hooda's rally

In Hisar, Bhupinder Singh Hooda held a rally and there a banner was put up. On the banner it was written, Phir Ek Baar Hooda Sarkar. The irony is that nobody has presented Hooda as the next Chief Minister of Haryana. On the other hand, from this banner Rahul Gandhi's picture was missing. On the banner there were the pictures of Sonia Gandhi, Kumari Shelja, Deepender Hooda were there. Apart from this, in other pictures too Rahul Gandhi was not there
