Heavy Rain in Gujarat: CM Vijay Rupani took stock of the situation

Chief Minister of Gujarat, Vijay Rupani, took stock of the flood-like situation in the state. He also took note of the rescue operation.

Monsoon has finally arrived in the country as heavy rains lashed out at various parts of the country on Tuesday.
Parts of Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttarakhand received rainfall through out the day.
In Gujarat, train services were affected at Kanalus Junction in the Rajkot Division of Western railway after railway tracks in the route were submerged under water due to heavy rain in the region.
In the areas Jamnagar, a railway track was washed away as consistent rain lead to loosening of the soil beneath the track. The reconstruction work is underway
