NEET Paper Leak: Abhay Dubey's Take On The India Education System Shocks Everyone | ABP News

Amid allegations of irregularities in the NEET UG 2024 results, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan also targeted the NTA (National Testing Agency) on Sunday (June 16). He stated, "Anyone involved in any kind of malpractice in the NEET case will not be spared. No tampering with the future of children will be tolerated." Expressing displeasure with the NTA, the Education Minister said that if anyone within the NTA is found guilty, they will not be spared either.

More than 2.4 million students appeared for the NEET UG exam this year. The exam has been marred by controversy due to several allegations of irregularities. Protests are being held across the country against the malpractices in this exam.

'Significant Reforms Needed in NTA'

Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said, "Two types of irregularities have come to light regarding NEET. Initially, it was reported that some students were given grace marks due to insufficient time. Secondly, some malpractices were found in two places. I assure the students and parents that the government is taking this matter seriously."

Regarding the NTA, the Union Education Minister said, "We have received information and will take all issues to a conclusive end. Any senior officials involved will not be spared. There is a significant need for reforms in the NTA. The government is concerned about this, and no culprit will be spared; they will receive the harshest punishment."
