Corona Lockdown: Will the Wine and Beer Shops resume functioning after 3rd May?| ABP UNCUT

Due to the lockdown since 25th May, there have been strict regulations on both Public and Private service sectors. However, news is such that the government has passed some relaxation on a few non essential commodities. The Ministry of Home Affairs has passed a notice saying that stand alone shops might resume functioning post the lockdown. Vijay Vidrohi in this video, talks about the regulations that might help Wine and Beer Shops to resume service.
