President's Rule imposed in Maharashtra | Panchnama (12.11.2019)

President's rule has been imposed in Maharashtra as Bharatiya Janata Party could not prove majority. Shiv Sena expressed willingness but could not prove ability and asked for extension, Congress did not reply in time whereas NCP continued to say that they were initiating talks with Congress in order to achieve the required number.
