Coat for cattle but no sweater to school kids in UP's Ayodhya| Ghanti Bajao

Kids in government schools of Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya are deprived of sweaters.
The distribution of sweaters to 1.57 crore students in 1.6 lakh government schools across the states should have been completed by October 31, but is still under process.
However, preparations are underway to provide coats to cows, bulls and calves at various shelters. The municipal corporation has decided to buy jute coats for cows, costing around Rs 250 to 300 a piece.
