Horrific visuals of people stranded in Chiplun due to heavy rains | Bharat Ki Baat (23 July 2021)

Heavy rainfall lashed several parts of Maharashtra. Areas like Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Pune are witnessing severe waterlogging situation.  Visuals of floors of submerged housing complexes , floating cars, and rooftops of state transport buses peeking out of several feet high floodwater will leave you horrified.  This is the heaviest spell of rain in the state in July in 40 years. The Navy has been roped in for rescue and evacuation.
