A domestic dispute between two vendors bidding on fruits was reported as the reason behind the fight.

A video of a brawl between a bunch of fruit vendors at a market in Shimla has surfaced online, reminding social media users of the iconic 'Baghpat battle.' In the clip shared on Twitter one can see the vendors throwing empty vegetable baskets at one another over some argument. They also use empty crates, poles, bricks and sticks to hit attack one another.

Later in the video 4-5 people can be seen forming a team and fighting an individual throwing punches and kicks at him.

The situation was brought under control in a matter of few seconds after a police officer arrived at the market, and intervened. A domestic dispute between two vendors bidding on fruits was reported as the reason behind the fight.

The video was shared by Twitter user @NewsArenaIndia with the caption, "Battle of Shimla Fruit Bazar."

Since being shared, the video has amassed close to 2 lakh views, 1,169 likes and tons of comments.
