A food delivery boy was attacked by two Pitbulls at a house in the Raipur district of Chhattisgarh last week. The incident, which occurred on Friday in Anupam Nagar, was captured on camera by a neighbour and posted on social media.
The delivery man has been identified as Salman Khan. The video, now viral, shows him entering the house to deliver a parcel when the two Pitbulls attack him. He tries his best to escape, but the Pitbulls continue their attack until he finds a safer place outside the premises of the house, by climbing the bonnet of a car parked nearby.

As he sits on the car wincing in pain, his hand and leg are seen covered in blood, his clothes torn. Shortly, a man offers him a water bottle and a woman provides a piece of cloth for him to cover his bleeding injuries.
Netizens' Response To Incident
The viral video has led to scores of comments from social media users. One user wrote: "Jail the dog owner. Owner should pay for trauma and medical charges to delivery person. Minimum 5 lakh in fine and 10 lakh in damages would be optimal."
Another said, "Poor guy, hope he got the proper treatment. The owner should pay for the entire treatment!!"
A third user observed, "That's why I always said never ever entered into the customers house, even they said you can come in leve the parcel in safe place (sic), plz plz don't go in, as you never know what you are gonna face."
Earlier this year, the government released a list of 23 dog breeds considered dangerous, and banned their import, breeding and sale. The pitbull is among them.
