But one of the biggest drawbacks of this mode of purchase is that items sometimes can get misplaced or you can even receive poor quality goods. Something similar recently happened to a person who had bought a packet of makhana from an e-commerce platform.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, Siddharth Shah said he found tiny insects crawling through the makhanas he ordered from Flipkart. he goes on to say that he ordered a non-returnable packet of premium phool makhana from the e-commerce platform after which he decided to complain to the company

Initially, the company responded with the standard answer and asked him to delete all the details related to the order from X. Later Shah shared an update and wrote, “Update: Flipkart has issued a refund for this order. Thanks everyone for all the support!”
Since being shared, the post has gone viral with over 1 lakh views. Several people have voiced strong reactions about Flipkart delivering such an item.
