Indian Man Wants Elon Musk To Convince US President-Elect Donald Trump For H-1B Visa Reforms

Sanjeev Ranjan requested Elon Musk to, “Do justice for Indian-born H-1B visas.”

X owner Elon Musk has supported US President-Elect Donald Trump during this election quite vocally and it is likely that Trump would return the favour in some manner. In hopes of that turning into reality, an Indian man took his chance to convince Musk to call in that favour. Sanjeev Ranjan while referring to Musk wrote, "It took you 10 years to obtain citizenship in the USA, including your undergraduate and master's studies. You moved to the US in 1992 and became a US citizen in 2002.”

He added, “Please do justice for Indian-born H-1B visas.”

Many Stuck In The Same Sack

In the comment section of this post, a number of people came in to echo their thoughts. A user while responding to this wrote, “So many are stuck in this problem unfortunately. And there is a lot of misinformation about this and particular hate for this visa.”

Another user responded by saying, “Revive the American dream! The infinite wait time for legal immigrants for Indian born is a nightmare. I invented a concrete product that will benefit the USA, and being on H1B, I'm stuck and can not pursue my dreams because of the complex legal immigration.”

A third said, “Expedite the visas for intelligent, law abiding, tax paying highly qualified immigrants. America needs them. We also should consider worker visas for temp helpers, house cleaners, handymans etc. So they come here legally”.

Many more raised similar concerns urging both Elon Musk and Donald Trump to help them out in this matter.
