Apple has just revealed the latest MacBook Pro lineup, featuring the high-performance M4 chip series, as the company continues to expand its Mac offerings. The new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models come equipped with the M4, M4 Pro, and M4 Max chips, marking a leap in speed and power capabilities.

The 14-inch model with the standard M4 chip is priced at Rs 1,69,900, with a discounted rate of Rs 1,59,900 for students. Meanwhile, the 14-inch model equipped with the M4 Pro starts from Rs 1,99,900, or Rs 1,84,900 for educational buyers. For those seeking a larger screen, the 16-inch version begins at Rs 2,49,900, with a student price of Rs 2,29,900.
These latest models come in sleek Space Black and Classic Silver colourways, offering users enhanced processing power and design choices.
Currently available for pre-order, these MacBook Pro models will officially hit retail stores and Apple’s website on November 8.

While the overall design remains largely unchanged, the internal upgrades focus on enhanced performance. The M4 chip includes an 8-core CPU, 8-core GPU, and 16GB of RAM. The M4 Pro version steps up with a 14-core CPU, a 20-core GPU, and support for up to 64GB of memory. For maximum power, the M4 Max model boasts a 16-core CPU, a 40-core GPU, and up to 128GB of memory, positioning it as one of the most robust options for demanding users.
The new models also incorporate a 12MP Center Stage camera designed to adapt to user movement and perform well in low-light settings. Thunderbolt connectivity has also been updated, with the M4 model including Thunderbolt 4 ports, and both the M4 Pro and M4 Max models upgraded to Thunderbolt 5 for faster data transfer. Additional connectivity options include an HDMI port, an SDXC card slot, MagSafe 3 charging, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

A standout feature in the latest MacBook Pro series is the newly available nano-texture display option, which reduces reflections for a clearer viewing experience, even in bright environments. The screen offers a peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits in typical settings and reaches 1,600 nits for HDR content.
