The G20 Summit is being held at New Delhi's Pragati Maidan and dignitaries delegates from member nations will be welcomed with a unique 'Digital India' tech experience featuring a VR cycling exhibit, a digital tree, a Bhagavad Gita-inspired app, and much more. This exhibition, organised by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and presented by homegrown experiential tech company Tagbin, unfolds across two expansive halls: Hall 4 and Hall 14 at Pragati Maidan. It will showcase global Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) initiatives that have been launched in India following the inception of the Digital India Flagship Programme.

Seven pivotal initiatives have been carefully chosen to demonstrate best practices in DPI implementation. These initiatives include Aadhaar, DigiLocker, UPI, eSanjeevani, DIKSHA, Bhashini, and ONDC. The exhibition promises an immersive experience, enabling visitors to delve into the DPI repositories in India and gain valuable insights for the betterment of the global community.
Furthermore, a striking inverted LED Cube display, larger than life, will guide visitors through Digital India's transformative journey, highlighting key milestones achieved since 2014. The Cycling VR Exhibit offers a unique opportunity for virtual exploration of the journey of Digital India through simulated virtual reality. The Digital Tree exhibit, designed in the form of a tree with multiple screens, unveils the core principles of DPI and the milestones achieved through Digital India initiatives. An interactive kiosk introduces the G.I.T.A. application, encouraging visitors to seek answers to life's questions in alignment with the revered Shrimad Bhagwad Gita.

At the entrance of the exhibition, an innovative AI Holobox has been developed to offer personalised greetings to VIPs, VVIPs, and all visitors. This cutting-edge AI Holobox takes the form of an AI avatar and leverages advanced voice cloning technology to generate a highly realistic, human-like voice for extending warm greetings to incoming guests. What sets it apart is its sophisticated face recognition capabilities, allowing it to identify individuals and provide tailored welcomes based on their identity. Even in cases where a person is not recognised, a predefined text, such as 'Namaste,' ensures a friendly reception. Furthermore, when visitors share their details, the AI Holobox dynamically generates and synthesises speech in real-time, ensuring a personalised and engaging greeting experience for all.
At the exhibition's focal point, a rotating sculpture of the Dancing Girl from the Sindhu Saraswati civilisation graces a pedestal in the centre of the hall. To complement this artistic centrepiece, informative kiosks have been strategically placed nearby, offering in-depth descriptions of the sculpture and its historical significance.
Tagbin founder and CEO Saurav Bhaik told ABP Live, "The Digital India Experience Zone is a treasure trove of cutting-edge technology, filled with knowledge and insights into the pivotal initiatives of Digital India. Our objective is to facilitate the exchange of experiences and best practices in DPI implementation, raise global awareness of scalable and replicable projects, and offer visitors a unique opportunity to witness the power of technology firsthand. This state-of-the-art Digital India Experience Zone is poised to be a prominent highlight in the same viewpoint."
The exhibition leverages cutting-edge technologies, including Interactive Displays, Virtual Reality, Screen Mirroring, Anamorphic Videos, and more, to deliver an engaging experience suitable for visitors of all age groups. Each installation has been thoughtfully designed to resonate with its intended audience, ensuring meaningful engagement with content tailored to different age groups.
