CES 2025: The AMD Ryzen AI Max and Ryzen AI Max PRO processors are scheduled for release in Q1 2025, alongside the Ryzen AI 300 Series.

At CES 2025, AMD introduced its newest AI-centric PC processors, further broadening its offerings for both personal and professional use. The lineup features the AMD Ryzen AI Max, Ryzen AI Max PRO, Ryzen AI 300 Series, Ryzen AI 300 PRO, and Ryzen AI 200 Series processors.

These chips are designed to provide advanced AI functionality, high-performance computing, and cutting-edge solutions for both individual users and enterprises.

Availability

The AMD Ryzen AI Max and Ryzen AI Max Pro processors are scheduled for release in Q1 2025, alongside the Ryzen AI 300 Series. The Ryzen 200 Series will follow, with availability beginning in Q2 2025.

Leading OEMs, including Dell, ASUS, HP, Lenovo, and MSI, are expected to launch systems featuring these processors throughout 2025.

AMD Ryzen AI Max, Ryzen AI Max Pro Series: Processor

AMD unveiled the Ryzen AI Max and Ryzen AI Max Pro processors, designed for demanding performance and professional applications. These processors boast up to 16 'Zen 5' CPU cores, 40 AMD RDNA 3.5 GPU compute units, and an AMD XDNA 2 Neural Processing Unit (NPU) capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI processing power.

The Ryzen AI Max Pro series further includes AMD Pro Technologies, offering advanced security features and improved manageability tailored for enterprise environments.
