MP Admin Demolishes Illegal Encroachment Of Man Who Urinated On Tribal Labourer In Sidhi. Watch

The Madhya Pradesh administration has demolished the illegal encroachment that was done by the man who urinated on a tribal labourer in Sidhi.

In a big action, the Madhya Pradesh administration has bulldozed the illegal encroachment done by Pravesh Shukla who urinated on a tribal labourer in Sidhi. The man was arrested after his video of urinating on a tribal labourer went viral on social media. MP Home Minister Narottam Mishra had said that CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has instructed to register a case against Shukla under NSA.

A case has been registered under sections 294 (obscene acts and songs), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), and SC/ST Act against the accused, Pravesh Shukla. National Security Act is also being invoked against the alleged accused. After the video went viral, the accused was alleged to be a BJP worker associated with MLA from Sidhi Kedarnath Shukla. However, Shukla said: "He [the culprit in the video] is neither my representative nor an associate. He is not connected to BJP in any way. I am demanding strict action against the culprit."

On Wednesday, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati demanded that the properties of the person accused of urinating on a tribal man in Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi district be confiscated or demolished saying the ruling BJP government in the state should punish the accused not only with NSA but also by demolishing or confiscating his property. The viral video showing the accused urinating on the tribal youth triggered massive outrage on social media and political circles.

In a series of tweets in Hindi, Mayawati said, "The incident of a local leader urinating on an Adivasi/Dalit youth in Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh is shameful, inhuman and condemnable. The government waking up only after the video went viral proves their involvement, that too is very sad." "The BJP government of Madhya Pradesh should take action against the criminal not only by invoking NSA but also by confiscating or demolishing properties owned by him. It also should not shield the accused," she added.
