Cristiano Ronaldo Scores 10th International Hat-trick Against Luxembourg, First Man To Do So - WATCH

UEFA World Cup Qualification Group A: This was Ronaldo's 115th overall international goal for Portugal. Now he has 9 goals against Luxembourg making it the country he has scored the most.

UEFA World Cup Qualification: Cristiano Ronaldo became the first professional footballer on the planet to score a total of 10 hat-tricks in international football. Ronaldo's three goals against Luxembourg helped Portugal secure a 5-0 win against them in World Cup Qualifying Group A. 

CR7 scored the first two goals in the first 13 minutes itself on penalties, while completed his hat-trick scoring in the 87th minute, this was Ronaldo's 115th overall international goal in 182 matches for Portugal. Now Ronaldo has nine goals against Luxembourg making it the country he has scored the most against. 

With this win, Portugal inch closer to the group leader, Serbia who also defeated Azerbaijan 3-1. Portugal has a match in hand and thus will feel confident about the qualification.

Cristiano Ronaldo's first hat-trick came in September 2013, against Northern Ireland. Since then, he has hat-tricks against Sweden, Armenia, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Spain, Switzerland, Lithuania, and Luxembourg. Here is the list of countries he has scored his hat-tricks against:

After the second penalty that Ronaldo scored in the 13th minute, his Man United teammate, Bruno Fernandes scored in the 18th minute to make it 3-0 while Palhinha scored in the 69th minute to make it 4-0. 

Portugal now play Ireland and Serbia in November. These two matches will seal Portugal's WC qualification deal.
