New Delhi: Indian cricket team's star spinner Rahul Chahar tied the knot with his fashion designer fiancee Ishani Johar ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season. The adorable couple has been engaged since 2019. Their destination wedding took place on March 9, 2022, in Goa. According to several reports, their wedding reception will take place on March 12.

Chahar took to social media to share their first photos as a married couple. "Our Happily ever after!!," the young PBKS player wrote on Instagram.

The 22-year-old spinner has played 6 T20 International matches for the Indian cricket team in which he has taken 7 wickets. He played his only one-day match for India against Sri Lanka in 2021 during which he bagged three wickets.

Chahar made his IPL debut in 2017, playing for Rising Pune Supergiants. In 2018, the talented spinner was acquired by Mumbai Indians for Rs 1.9 crores. In IPL, Chahar has taken 43 wickets in 42 matches. His best performance came last season when he picked a total of 13 wickets in 11 matches at an average of 24.46.
