Pakistani Fan Spotted Holding Virat Kohli's Poster In PSL, Shoaib Akhtar Reacts To Viral Pic

New Delhi: Few days back, a picture of a Pakistani fan holding a banner of ex-India skipper Virat Kohli during a Pakistan Super League (PSL) match at Lahore's Gadaffi Stadium had gone viral on social media. This Pakistani fans' love for an 'Indian player' received a lot of love from cricket lovers.

The fan was captured on camera holding a banner with the words, “I want to see you century in Pakistan #Peace.”

Now, ex-Pakistan pace bowler Shoaib Akhtar took to Twitter to share the viral post and wrote in the caption of his post," Someone spreading love at the Gadaffi Stadium."

Virat Kohli has never played cricket in Pakistan in his 14-year international career. In fact, since he started playing cricket, India stopped playing bilateral series with Pakistan due to the unfortunate 26/11 terrorist attack in Mumbai.

Although both India and Pakistan have clashed in International Cricket Council (ICC) tournaments. The former Indian skipper has played a lot of T20 and ODI matches against Pakistan but till date he has not been able to play a single Test match against Pakistan in his career.

Virat has scored 536 runs in 13 ODIs against Pakistan at an average of 48.72. In 7 T20I matches against the Men in Green, he has scored 311 runs at a strong average of 77.75.
