Fans are central to the success of any sporting event and the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 is no different. The cash-rich league has grown by leaps and bounds in its first fifteen years and those interetsed can even book themself a luxury suit. A fan recently shared a video on social media which highlighted the perks that spectators who buy the 20,000 ticket get to enjoy.

The fan had bought the ticket for Day 1 of the IPL which included a star-studded opening ceremony followed by the first-match of the competition between the Gujarat Titans and the Chennai Super Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The video showed the fan driving an electric car which was given to him so that he could reach the suite in the stadium all reserved for him.

However, it is Gill's epic reaction to the video that has attracted more eyeballs. He commented on the video: "Sahi hai bhai. Hame toh chal kar jana padta hai " which loosely translates to  "That's nice brother! We have to take a walk."

Talking about Gujarat Titans, the defending champions have started off from where they left last season and have won two games in a row. Not only did they beat Chennai Super Kings at their home in the competition opener, they also travelled to Delhi to beat the Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Stadium on Tuesday.

As a result of two out of two wins, the Hardik Pandya-led side find themselves at the top of the points table followed by Rajasthan Royals who beat the Sunrisers Hyderabad in their first match by a health margin of 72 runs. Owing to their impressive net run rate, they are second at the table but will have chance to surpass Gujarat when they meet Punjab Kings at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati later on Wednesday.
