Regarding the financial arrangement, the Rajasthan Royals intend to issue a loan note to Yorkshire, with the intention of converting it into equity at a later stage. This proposal from the inaugural IPL champions is scheduled for deliberation with Yorkshire's board members during the latter part of September 2023. A final decision on this matter is anticipated shortly thereafter.

Should this agreement be successfully finalized, the Rajasthan Royals will also explore opportunities to participate in The Hundred. It's noteworthy that Yorkshire holds a significant stake in The Hundred franchise known as the Northern Superchargers. This strategic partnership would enable the Royals to further expand their presence in England, building upon their track record of involvement in various domestic tournaments around the world.
