Robin Uthappa, CSK's batsman has said that the contest between the two heavy-weights will be like a "double-edged sword". Uthappa said this in a video released by CSK on Twitter.
Uthappa said, "You either go into a hole or say ‘Hey, we’ve got nothing to lose. Let’s just go out there and enjoy ourselves and put on our best performance.’ It’s always going to be a double-edged sword when you face a team like that."
RCB is coming off a humiliating nine-wicket loss against KKR, but Uthappa was weary of a comeback. He said, "You cannot write off a team like that. We know it is going to be a high-scoring game. I think, we are going to be ready for it and pull our socks up and see what happens."

"They’re a really good side. They are a formidable side with some formidable greats within that side. Sharjah, being a small ground, it’s going to be a high-scoring game, so it could be a nail-biter again," Uthappa added.
Uthappa said how there will be some exciting match-ups in the match. "Rutu (Ruturaj) vs Siraj would be great, Rutu vs Jamieson would be another match-up that would be good to watch," he said.
"MS vs Chahal and maybe even the death bowlers, some interesting match-ups," Uthappa added.
