Delhi Capitals had benched their star opener Prithvi Shaw for their last games as he is struggling a bit with his form. Shaw was replaced by Ajinkya Rahane who was dismissed on the first ball against KKR. Apart from this, Delhi had made a mistake by dropping in-form bowler Anrich Nortje against Punjab, but they corrected this mistake by including him in the game against against KKR which benefited the team. Nortje picked two wickets for 27 runs against Kolkata.

Absence of veteran bowler Ishant Sharma a major problem for Delhi Capitals?

Apart from this, Delhi has been giving Tushar Deshpande a place in the playing eleven for the last few matches. In the first match, Tushar performed well and attracted everyone's attention, but after that he is getting smashed for around 12 runs per over. Delhi is definitely feeling the absence of Ishant Sharma in their bowling attack.
