New Delhi: Hardik Pandya produced another remarkable knock to smash his maiden Test ton against Sri Lanka in Kandy on Sunday. The all-rounder helped India post massive 487 runs.

The23-year-old stitched his innings with singles and doubles initially but later shifted gears and dealt only with maximums. He smashed 7 sixes and 8 boundaries in his 108 runs knock.

Pandya looked lethal when he fired 26 runs in an over from Malinda Pushpakumara. He broke an Indian record of most number of runs in 6 balls in Test cricket.

While, Pandya was hammering Pushpakumara in all directions, duo of Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane were seen enjoying the assault from the Indian dressing room.

Virat was continuously cheering for the all-rounder and he responded perfectly after scoring his first Test century with a ‘V’ symbol.
