WATCH: Jadeja gives perfect reply to Wade's sledging

New Delhi: There has been a lot of acrimony between the two teams throughout the series. Steve Smith's 'DRS Brain Fade' started it all before rival captain Virat Kohli stopped short of calling him a "cheat".

The banters between the two sides are yet to take a halt. During India’ first innings on day 3, Ravindra Jadeja and Australian wicket-keeper Matthew Wade were involved in war of words. 

Wade, who was praising Lyon drew comparison with Jadeja. Asking his worth in the Indian side, Wade said “Why do you come in the Indian side?”

Jadeja gave Wade a taste of his own medicine as he hit Nathan Lyon for a six to complete is 1000th Test run.
