“Jammu and Kashmir will remain a beautiful experience etched in my memory. There was snow all around but we felt warm because of people’s exceptional hospitality,” wrote Sachin Tendulkar in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

He added, “Hon'ble Prime Minister @narendramodi ji said there is so much to see in our nation. Couldn’t agree more, especially after this trip.”

“The Kashmir Willow bats are great examples of “Make in India, Make for the World.” They have travelled across the globe, and now I recommend people across the globe, and India, to come and experience Jammu & Kashmir, one of the several jewels of @incredibleindia,” concluded Sachin Tendulkar in his post.

Here’s What PM Modi Said Of Sachin Tendulkar’s Jammu & Kashmir Trip

Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared the post by Sachin Tendulkar and expressed delight, highlighting two key takeaways for the youth: exploring different parts of India and emphasising the significance of "Make in India." He called for collective efforts to build a developed and self-reliant Bharat.

PM Modi, taking to X, wrote, “This is wonderful to see!  @sachin_rt’s lovely Jammu and Kashmir visit has two important takeaways for our youth:
One - to discover different parts of #IncredibleIndia.
Two- the importance of ‘Make in India.’
Together, let’s build a Viksit and Aatmanirbhar Bharat!”

Notably, Sachin Tendulkar commenced his trip by visiting Gulmarg, where he explored a cricket bat manufacturing facility in South Kashmir's Sangam area. His journey then took him to Pahalgam, where he lodged at the Pine and Peak Hotel. During his visit, Tendulkar interacted with soldiers at the Kaman Post near Aman Setu and participated in a cricket match with them and the locals on a road in Uri.
