Holi 2023: Sports Fraternity Extends Wishes On Festival Of Colours
Holi 2023: Several members from the sporting arena have taken to social media to wish everyone on the festival of colours.
Members of the sporting fraternity extended wishes and shared pictures and videos from their celebrations on the occasion of Holi 2023. The 'Festival of Colours' is being celebrated around the world on March 7 and 8 and social media has been flooded with visuals and celebration from all quarters and members from the sporting arena have also taken active participation to wish everyone a colourful day and life ahead.
Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar led the way in extending Holi wishes to fans. "Happy Holi everyone! Can you guess what's on my plate? 🍽️," he wrote along side his picture.

India's original track and field queen and current Indian Olympic Association President PT Usha also wished a Happy Holi to everyone.

Meanwhile, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) also tweeted a video from the celebrations in the Indian dugout on the eve of the fourth Test match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy in Ahmedabad. "Colours, smiles & more! 🥳 ☺️ Do not miss #TeamIndia’s Holi celebration in Ahmedabad," the BCCI tweeted. Premier League clubs Chelsea FC and Manchester United were also wished Happy Holi to their around the world. "Happy Holi to all our fans across the world," the Blues tweeted. "Wishing a happy and colourful Holi to everyone celebrating today! ❤️ #MUFC," the Red Devils wrote.
