Like Virat Kohli, Babar Azam Too Endorses A Tyre Brand; New Ad Video Goes Viral

New ad video featuring Babar Azam has gone viral on social media.

Babar Azam's recent form in international cricket hasn't been exemplary. Be it the ODI World Cup 2023 in India, the T20 World World Cup 2024 or the home Tests against Bangladesh, the right-handed batter hasn't been able to produce an innings of substance. In 4 innings, Babar managed 64 runs in the home Tests which saw Pakistan lose to the Bangla Tigers for the first time ever in a Test series.

However, the video from one of Babar's recent ad shoot has gone viral on social media. Pakistan's white-ball captain can be seen sitting on a brand new bike as he endorses a tyre brand. The beginning of the clip shows Babar sitting on a bike with '56', the Pakistan batter's jersey number, written in the background. 'King Babar' is written on the cricketer's jacket as he makes a blockbuster entry.

Babar Azam Also Endorsing Tyre Brand Much Like Virat Kohli

Babar Azam, who is often compared to Virat Kohli, thus finds himself in a another similar space like the Indian star with both of them endorsing tyre brands. Notably, while Kohli has been the face of MRF for quite some time now, Babar's association with the Lahore-headquartered Panther tyres has been a long one too.

Last year too, in order to promote their YouTube channel, Panther Tyres had shared a video which featured Babar Azam. Meanwhile, other than Babar and Virat, Rohit Sharma has also been long associated with a tyre brand Ceat after having been with MRF for a brief while in his career.
