Parenthood has always been a once-in-a-lifetime moment for couples, but with excitement, the journey comes with its fair share of challenges. Among others, infertility is one that has become a pressing concern for adults, causing disruption in conceiving and experiencing the joy of parenthood. According to the World Health Organization, in all of the infertility cases reported in India, 50% are due to the "malefactor," and the woman is usually sexually healthy.

Infertility in men is a condition in which a man is unable to cause pregnancy in a fertile female due to a sedentary lifestyle, poor dietary choices, inadequate nutrients in food, and a variety of other concerns. This causes anxiety and stress, impacting his family life, interpersonal interactions with family members, including his partner, and overall mood. Simply said, the overwhelming circumstance produces discontent. This can become a mental health problem if not identified and addressed promptly.
