The first commercial flight of China's self-developed C919 narrow-body jet for China Eastern Airlines is scheduled to take off from Shanghai on Sunday.

China Eastern Airlines, a state-owned carrier, will fly the plane's first commercial flight from Shanghai to Beijing on May 28.
