Auto Expo 2020: MG's Nano Rival Is E200 (PICS)

It is priced at about Rs 5 lakh plus which is very competitive considering the range and the features. It may be small and only for two but something like this would surely fetch a great response.

The car looks compact but you can see the wide face with the unique big intakes at both the sides. The rear as well as sides are unique with two doors and the car is very narrow and short. There is a large cladding at the rear too.

MG Motors has shown a variety of cars at ‘Auto Expo’ but the most interesting car could be the E200 electric small car. While the India launch or any information has not been revealed regarding this car, it is going to be beneficial considering regular traffic jams. Till now, India has Tata Nano but now the country is ready for something smaller and electric. The E200 is sold in China as Baojun and has been around the market for a few years. It is amongst the smallest of cars but is fairly spacious.

The E200 comes with a 38 bhp motor while the range is at 250km which is more than enough for the size and more than other EVs.

Fom inside, it lookssimple but has a small screen, controls on the steering plus the cabin seems better than some small cars on sale with more features in comaprison with Tata Nano or Alto.
