"Shame, Shame", Pakistan's parliament echoes with slogans against Imran Khan govt post IAF strikes

The opposition parties of Pakistan who apparently refuse to believe the government’s version, raised slogans of “shame, Shame”, in the parliament.

New Delhi: Though Pakistan government has mustered all of its courage and denied being ruffled by the Indian Air Forces preemptive strike on Jaish-e-Mohammed camps, it is facing an immense outrage within its boundaries. The opposition parties of the country slammed the Imran Khan government for failing to curb the attack by IAF, despite days of deliberations and claims to be on high-alert. The Parliament of Pakistan in Islamabad, echoed with chants of “Shame Shame”, on Tuesday afternoon. The government of Pakistan has claimed that IAF jets did cross the LOC, but Pakistani jets managed to force the IAF jets in a retreat. However, the opposition parties refuse to believe the government’s version and raised slogans of “shame, Shame”, in the parliament. The cabinet ministers had to plead the parliamentarians to not adopt the conduct and restore the order, as nothing else could be heard in the house. Twelve of Indian Air Force multi-role Mirage 2000 fighter jets bombarded joint training camps of Jaish and LeT inside Pakistan and completely destroyed them by shelling a payload of 1,000 kg bombs. India’s non-military preemptive strike comes 11 days after Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists carried out a ghastly attack in India’s Pulwama killing 40 CRPF soldiers.
