'PM Modi's Certificate On Coronavirus Handling Cannot Hide Yogi Govt's Failure': Priyanka Gandhi

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said: "Modi Ji and Yogi Ji can forget the truth, those who suffered the pain of Corona, will never forget."

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra On PM Modi's Statement: Prime Minister Narendra Modi was on a visit to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi yesterday. During that time, he praised UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for his governance. He also praised the steps taken by the UP government during the second wave of Covid-19.

Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra now has taken a jibe on PM Modi's remarks. "Modi Ji's certificate cannot hide the truth of Yogi government's aggressive cruelty, negligence, and disorder during the second wave of Corona in UP. People faced immense pain, helplessness alone. Modi Ji and Yogi Ji can forget the truth, those who suffered the pain of Corona, will never forget," Priyanka Gandhi tweeted in Hindi. 

PM Modi Patted Yogi's back

PM Modi said that Uttar Pradesh is the state with the highest testing numbers for coronavirus and also the state with the highest number of vaccinations done. Prime Minister had said that "the changing and dangerous form of the Coronavirus attacked with full force. But UP, including Kashi, faced such a big crisis with full potential. Uttar Pradesh's efforts in dealing with Corona are remarkable."

He said that "Kashi city is becoming a big medical hub of Purvanchal today. The diseases that once had to be treated in Delhi and Mumbai, their treatments are also available in Kashi today.''
