Big Bazaar joins hands with SBI, allows customers to withdraw upto Rs 2,000: 5 Points
New Delhi: After petrol pumps, now the multi-purpose grocery store Food Bazaar will let you withdraw money upto 2,000 rupees.
- This will happen in lieu of swiping your ATM card worth same value.
- Big Bazaar has tied up with State Bank of India and enabled mini ATMs across all 260 stores to help consumers withdraw cash. But, the question arises if the money exchange will really take place
- The facility will be available in 258 Big Bazaar and fbb stores across the country
- State Bank of India will enable this facility through the bank's cash at POS machines
- A notification by state owned news channel Doordrashan last week said that, people could withdraw an amount upto Rs 2000 from petrol pumps, considering the cash crunch at ATMs, the same led to flocking of people inside the pumps
