Following the EC clean chit, President Ram Nath Kovind has also given his nod to Election Commission’s decision. What is the matter? A person named Vidyarthi Vibhor Anand had filed a complaint in Election Commission stating that 27 AAP MLAs holding senior most position in Rogi Kalyan Samiti are enjoying an office of profit. Taking congnizance of the chargesheet filed by the police, 13 people including CM Kejriwal, and Manish Sisodia were summoned by the court as accused.
